The North Lake is a little over 5 acres with a couple of marked features and is being run as our specimen lake. It is stocked with around 150 carp weighing upto 50lb. The majority of fish are 30’s with a fair few 40’s, 6 known fish into the 50lb bracket with one or two of them approaching the magical 60lb mark, it may also throw out the odd big 20lb depending on the time of year. We also have some very big grass carp well into the 40’s.

There has been a lot of thought and hard work over the winter and we have made all new swims on the North Lake which includes a large natural double swim on the back side of the lake as well as three singles and another double swim on the opposite bank which are all gravelled.

The North Lake takes up to 6 anglers to make fishing comfortable

We class this lake as our specimen lake as it is the harder water to fish of the three lakes onsite, the catch reports will hopefully reflect this.

The great thing about the North Lake is that in just over 5 acres you may not be far away from a fish of a lifetime.
